Turmoil at Second Wind Group (SWG) Escalates
Second Wind Group's co-founder, Nick Calandra, has become increasingly embroiled in controversy as more details emerge about internal strife and mismanagement. As I covered in the initial fallout, Frost quit, citing Nick Calandra being a terrible boss as the main reason.
Now as a former employee, Frost shared even more grievances,on twitter. He provided some disturbing insights... reconfirming exactly what I'd shared about how Nick treated myself when he proactively was trying to report and ban SmashJT.com a few months ago (and did so successfully, for a short period of time, I might add). We now know firsthand what it was like working under Calandra’s "leadership", and Frost even hinted that the end of Calandra's tenure at SWG... may be nearing.
